How to Purchase Tickets

1. Open the PopKnock app or click the above ticket purchase link. Navigate to the event Where East Meets West - 2026 Yanlai Dance Show.
2. Scroll down the Tickets section at the bottom of the page. Choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase, then press Buy Tickets or Checkout. 
3. To proceed, log in using your Apple, Google, or Microsoft account.
4. Provide your email address where you would like to receive your tickets. This email will be used for the delivery of your tickets after the transaction is completed. Once entered, click Checkout or Submit. Please note that the tickets will be reserved for 15 minutes. If the transaction is not completed within this period, the tickets will be released and made available for others to purchase.
5. On the Checkout page, verify that all your details are correct. If applicable, you may enter a phone number or discount code. If using an Apple private email address, you may also provide an alternate email address to receive the invoice receipt.
6. When you have finalized all information, press Pay Now to complete your purchase.
7. After your payment is processed, you will see the Payment Sent screen, confirming that your purchase has been received. Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided in Step 4.
8. To view your tickets, check your inbox for the email from PopKnock or click the Review Your Tickets button. Alternatively, you can navigate to the PopKnock app's “Me” tab and select the "Tickets" button to view your tickets. 
9. Optional: You may add PopKnock App widget to the home screen of your mobile device. On the day of the event, simply click the widget to automatically display your tickets for a more streamlined and convenient check-in process.
